Susan and Allan are wonderful!

Berryhill Apartments has two separate areas. One side has more apartments and feels a bit busier, with neighbors often around. It’s close to the 2 laundry rooms and swimming pool, but still quiet, with trees and grassy hills nearby. The other side has fewer apartments and feels more peaceful. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves,some younger ones may not be very friendly, but they’re skill okayl. There’s a small roundabout and 5mph speed sign, so cars drive slowly. Some people say it’s not relevant, but I think it helps. Of course, you’ll still meet a few rude folks, haha.. If you walk down the hill (a little steep), you’ll find the South Yuba Club gym nearby. The grounds are well maintained. Every Monday morning during summer, the grass is cut, so the lawn always looks neat and fresh. Inside the apartments, you’ll find central heating and air conditioning, clean units with modern appliances, and 1, 2, or 3 bedroom options (availability changes). Free cable TV and internet are included. There’s a dog park, swimming pool, BBQ area (but haven't see any BBQ yet..haha, having outdoor CCTV, and reserved parking. It’s also close to nature, town and hospital. Things to know: there’s no playground for kids, and unit sizes vary. You’re not allowed to grow plants outside or on your patio for safety reasons. Overall, from my experience and observation, Berryhill Apartments is a calm, nature-filled place to live. Whether you choose the main site or the quieter side, you’ll enjoy peaceful surroundings and basic comforts.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at W Berryhill apartments. In particular Marcus. He has been a huge help to me with setting up my autopay. He always has a pleasant and accommodating personality. You all are lucky to have him and the entire staff. Thank you

My experience at Berryhill for the last 10 years has been mainly positive.. Karen and Dwayne have always been good to not matter what curve ball came and jumbled my life.. I can say that I miss my home, even though life chose another path for me.. it was a very hard decision to move out of Berryhill, gut wrenching really.. but you're environment sets the path for success and you can't choose your neighbors.. I appreciate Karen and Dwayne and will forever be thankful for their kindness ❤️

Used to live there in the '80s and they really did some upgrades to it it really looks nice it looks nice back then too but you guys are really taking care of this so I'm giving you five stars cuz I might have to come back

It’s been great! I was worried when I moved to Grass Valley for my job if I was going to be able to find a pet friendly apartment as I have two small dogs and this place is perfect for me and my pets. Application process went smooth and I like that rent and utilities and such can all be done using a app that makes it very convenient and having everything close by in town.

Quiet, beautiful view, guest parking, new parking lots, on site laundry rooms, friendly management, hardworking maintenance, pet friendly, on site dumpsters and outdoor cooking area.

It really has changed for the best

Overall positive experience from start to finish. Karen, the property manager is prompt and honest about everything. Move out was easy peasy and when we had issues (lost the apartment key), emergency contact was there right away to resolve it. Beautiful view and peacefull environment. - Stephen S.
